From our humble beginnings, providing 1,500 free meals to underprivileged children in 2000, Akshaya Patra has grown to be the world’s largest secular school lunch program, serving 1.8 million children nutritious meals everyday to government school children across India. This would not have been possible without the support of our partners. Good Food For Good
Good Food for Good is on a mission to create a positive difference by donating a meal to a person in need through the Buy One, Feed One program. For every product Good Food For Good sells, they donate a meal to fight world hunger through their partnerships. The meal donations amount to 2-3% of the company’s product revenue.
Spira Kind
Spira Kind has partnered with the Akshaya Patra Foundation in the mission to provide healthy nutritious meals to school children in need. They have pledged to support the Akshaya Patra Foundation to donate one meal for every one packet of spirulina nibs sold.
Bearbottom Clothing
Bearbottom’s mission is to support the communities that inspire and continue to build Bearbottom. Under their One for you, One for Them initiative, they have partnered with The Akshaya Patra Foundation to donate school meals to children in India.
