In the small town of Lingalavalasa, there is a young girl named Chinthu Manasa who is currently in the 8th grade at MPUP Lingalavalasa school. Her home is located approximately 1 km away from the school, so she often walks to school every day. Chinthu has a keen interest in games, particularly Kho kho, and loves to play them during her free time. Delhi is one of her favorite places to visit.

Chinthu has aspirations of becoming a teacher in the future. Her father, Ch. Appa Rao has been working as a farming laborer for over 20 years, while her mother, Damayanti, is a homemaker. The family’s annual income is around 100000, and they have been living in a rented home for 15 years.

One of the highlights of Chinthu’s day is the mid-day meals served by the Akshaya Patra Foundation at school. The food is always hot, and tasty, and has a different menu every day. Chinthu appreciates the effort of the Akshaya Patra Foundation in supplying food to schools, especially for students from underprivileged backgrounds like herself.

Chinthu is grateful to the Akshaya Patra Charitable Foundation for its support in providing meals to school children. She recognizes the difference it makes in her life and the lives of many other students.
