Santhi Saranya is a vibrant and ambitious 8th-grade student who hails from a family living below the poverty line. She attends ZPHS Pedavadlapudi School located in Pedavadlapudi Village, Mangalagiri Mandal, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh. Despite her family’s financial constraints, Santhi is a remarkable athlete, particularly excelling in volleyball, and also demonstrates great academic abilities.

Santhi Saranya draws inspiration from notable women, such as Jhansi Lakshmi Bai and P V Sindhu. Her parents work as flower shop worker and daily wage agricultural worker, respectively. Santhi has been a recipient of the Akshaya Patra mid-day meal program for six years and is fond of the delicious and nutritious food served. In her spare time, she enjoys playing games and reading books.
